Write an eBook

I need a quote on this whole project from start to posting on Amazon. I visited do it yourself downloads and although I probably could handle it, I want someone experienced at this to get the full value. I have small book I wrote (16 chapters 32-40 pages) total. I want to create an ebook to put on Amazon for free to promote my website on horse racing. This ebook will be used to get traffic to my website.
