I am an experienced data analyst and worked for Shell Shared Service Center for more than 7 years. During my career I have gained a wide knowledge and understanding of data collection methodologies, principles and techniques. I learned how to analyze large-scale of Shell’s product master data and had the opportunity to work with different web-based applications and ERP systems. Data mining, cleaning, validating and processing skills are some of my core competencies. Prior to my career as an analyst, I worked as a buyer/planner at Emerson Network Power where I handled mechanical products. I made sure to keep the line running through proper co-ordination with suppliers, Material Control and Production teams. I also worked as customer service under the same company and my daily tasks include; booking of daily orders, publish weekly shipments, update weekly forecasts of orders, and answer customers queries and concerns via email or relay their requirements to production
