• Responsible for evaluating and creating a business proposal as per the need of the RFP, RFI, RFx, etc. for SAP & Salesforce.
• Creating proposals and solutions with the sales and delivery team during the bidding process based on the requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end- bid process to construct the value proposition by working with various teams – technology teams, delivery teams, practices, finance, legal, etc.
• Arrange/schedule Opportunity Qualification Meetings and any other intermediate core team meetings, Managing pre-tender procedures and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Support functional teams comprised of sales, IT development/delivery, product, legal and finance to manage end-to-end Bid Management process starting from initial sales opportunity qualification through to formal RFP/RFI/proposal submission.

• Work with the Sales Manager and all internal technical & functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to proposals.
• Manage the creation of the bid deliverables and ensure review and governance, creating a high-quality proposal.
• Establish a detailed proposal submission schedule, regularly check planned activities and deliverables progress and ensure all proposal team members meet interim and final deadlines.
• Market Intelligence study through secondary market research for present & upcoming technologies (E.g., Digital Identity, IoT, Automation, etc.)
• Creation & management of proposal & bid collaterals, capability presentations etc.
• Create and manage contents and contents repository like reusable content, case studies etc.
