B. Capture Planning and Prospect Research: With your strategic vision in place, JMPetrus can deepen the development of your strategic tools by: 1) Expanding or supporting donor mapping, monitoring the pipeline to identify key upcoming grant opportunities of potential interest, assist the organization with strategy processes for making the decision to launch an application. 2) Methodologically guide the organization through the brainstorming or pre-capture process in an efficient fashion, in part through leveraging project management tools designed for pre-capture. C. Proposal Writing / Editing: This component includes designing and/or drafting the technical approach, logistics, staffing and Monitoring and Evaluation plans, logframe or results framework development, integrating content, feedback or 'one voicing,' etc. Budget Development: JMPetrus can assist with assessing operational costs and costing project activities, including the drafting of budget notes or budget narratives. Proposal Management / Coordination: JMPetrus Consultants have proven project management and team coordination skills, including soft and hard deadline management and donor relations.
