I have recruited him for my job. He agreed to all the things what i have said, before recruiting him.I thought it will go well. But unfortunately, he came up with his own conditions in the middle. Although the conditions he proposed does not do any loss to me, i thought of not accepting it. Because at the starting itself we have deal, these are the final rules to complete the project from his end as well as mine. I don't like deviate the work by incorporating new rules and laws. Instead of concentrating on work he worried too much about the rating, money, proofs, procedures etc. which i got tiered of listening. Never prefer him to hire again.
