I am an experienced customer service representative for an online store based in US. My main task is to answer emails from customers regarding their orders. I always see to it that I put my best foot forward for every customer I handle. I also handled live chat with customers. I can do multi-tasking as well. I am also knowledgeable when it comes to fulfilling orders in shopify and shopified app as I do this everyday. Whether auto-processing or manual fulfillment, I can definitely do it! I am very familiar in using MS office applications. I have experience using aliexpress and shopify as well. My typing speed is 35wpm. I am well versed when it comes to using social media like facebook or instagram. Using the search engine will be easy for me, as I use it almost every day.
