He made an effort to satisfy all my additional requests which was not initally stated because requirements had changed slightly over time. Though it is often hard to get hold of him while he attends to his day job and his reply can be slow/non-existant via e-mail/vworker. Instant messaging work best for discussion when he is online. Partly as a result of his day job and unforeseen complication of our hardware firmware, this project was delayed way beyond the inital expected delivery time. The experience was frustrating but at least he did try to resolve them and eventually fixed the bugs. This work sure was a bumpy ride but at least we made it at the very end..
