HISTORY
CodeXpertS was founded in 1997 by a group of highly trained professionals and developers from a wide range of fields in computer and Information Technology who had been trained in the finest institutions in the world. The founding of CodeXpertS was a venture intended to bring the best-trained minds of the world into Pakistan to take advantage of a booming economy and rise of a class of educated home-grown intellectuals and professionals, utilizing their talent to produce the best solutions possible and providing the fruits of their labor to customers all over the world.
From its founding, CodeXpertS has aimed at maintaining a strong focus on high quality and long term relationships with its customers, a policy that has ensured its success to this day and with this very ethic it continues to be the best in its work and will keep thriving in the future.
WORKING METHODOLOGY
CodeXpertS undertakes all its projects by the follow methodology:
REQUIREMENT GATHERING AND PROJECT PLANNING
As a first step the complete requirements of the project are collected. To do this we maintain close communication with the customer and also carry out independent research, review existing documentation and work out further details with the customer. All the while we also formulate a plan on how to complete each aspect of the project and what resources to use. Our quality control team works alongside our developers to ensure high standards for our end product.
DOCUMENTATION
After completing a plan for the project we then document the nature of the project, its requirements and how to do the project. Further documentation is made if the requirements of the project change later.
ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
The next step is to set up the necessary infrastructure for each project and gather the required professionals. We do our best to ensure the customer and developers can understand all the deliverables.
IMPLEMENTATION
The requirements are now implemented and the rest of the developments are made based on the finalized requirements.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
During each stage of development, our quality control team examines every aspect of the product being developed and ensures everything meets international standards and nothing falls short of the required quality level. The product is delivered only after the quality assurance team gives it the go-ahead.
DELIVERY AND MAINTENANCE
Once the product is completed, it is delivered to the customer.
