Hello Oluchi, We appreciate your time and effort on the job. Normally, before we extend an employment contract to new writers, we place them on a week's trial. However, we decided to take a risk with you and see if it would pay off. During the interview conducted by our Content Manager, I acted as an observer and I examined the responses you gave. Even with the fact that an employment contract was extended to you, we decided to observe your performance because we like to give feedback to our writers. This feedback factors into our performance review and determines the rewards given. Please find below the performance review: POSITIVES - Appeared eager to start a new opportunity NEGATIVES - Lack of Professionalism - Failure to communicate - Inability to meet deadlines - Late submission - Provided unoriginal content (literally copied and pasted from websites) - Had several plagiarism issues which shows that creativity or imagination was not applied when writing the articles - Unformatted work - Failed to grasp the requirements for the articles. We run a professional organization and at the end of the day, we have to protect the image of our brand.
