This was our first time using Freelancer and due to an issue with the contest setup we were a bit apprehensive as we got not video submissions. The issue was fixed and timeline was reset allowing us to get a number of decent entries. The winner we selected was courteous and professional and very responsive. We were able to get the changes we needed and finalize the video within our expected timeline. I was impressed with the overall process and final video and would use both this freelance artist as well as the Freelancer site again.
