The system detects the defects of LED screen during production based on GLC(gray level comparison) algorithm. The system controls its motors, sensors, cameras in real time and takes sample images/videos of LED screen in very high resolution and speed. The GUI communicates with background server via Corba, supports multiuser and multi machines. A large scale billing system. The system supports Oracle and Sybase database, runs on Linux and all Unix-like systems.
