Official processing and file handling is the major issue for any public sector organizations in special and private organization in general. System required by the CCP has majorly two modules first one is for the automation of legacy documents available in hard format and second one is paper free environment. RESEARCH OPEN SERVICE ORIENTED HEALTH ARCHITECTURE This paper summarizes my latest progress on integrating medical related services for doctors, patients and health related organizations to disseminate and organize health related issues. My goal is to create the open service oriented Health Architecture that allows patients to have efficient health services anywhere at any time from any doctor and on the bases of doctor prescription and medicine sales the system will provide information geographically necessary to health related organization like health departments, NGO’s manufacturing & Trading companies, laboratories and medical stores to set their strategies these resources will be very essential for the research development. A prototype model of OSOHA is tested over Microsoft.net web services which provide interoperability, it provide easy access and offline work.
