Hi! I'm a Swede currently living in Colombia. In Sweden I worked as a customer service agent for a large European company for about 3 years, where I answered calls, made calls, replied to emails and found solutions to the customer's problems. Since moving to Colombia I have mostly been working with copywriting and translating. As a customer service agent I am patient and emphatic, and know how important it is to find a solution that works for both parties. I am also effective and fast learner. I do SEO copywriting, creative writing and translating between English and Swedish as well.
