Job done perfectly ! Nice understanding of R and Shiny,

A lot of excuses always chasing after this freelancer, A time limit of three days was set, after a week and of two extra hours I ended up with two empty files Three days prior to this I was told the project was completed and he was sending too me. next I was told he was ill then he had a party, the files were never ready, upon asking for proof of any work there was nothing. I was told that work was done when it wasn't. I wasted a week for next to nothing then was requested to pay this freelancer. The best part was when their was only two empty files, created the day of the dead line he told me it was a website issue and to release money to him for none existent work. I offered if the project was beyond his ability then can stop this was on day four. I don't like been lied too or attempted to be scammed. I would advise caution and question for future projects, I wish the freelancer best of luck and hope he can change the way of his work,
