Responisibilities • Manage and support team of learning designers; • Research latest methodologies and best practice of learning design to consistently improve our products and service offering; • Create internal documents setting out the company’s formal learning design methodology and creating internal, adaptable templates for each phase of a project; • Set up and lead regular learning design forums; • Meet with clients; • Present learning design workshops with clients and other important stakeholders • Ensure that business objectives are accurately identified and met; • Conduct in-depth requirements analysis; • Designing the solution in its entirety (client requirements and preferences, technology set up, content development, and assessment and certification creation); • Perform quality assurance of all project phases; • Brief and work closely with content creators (additional content developers, graphic designers and videographers); • Develop, edit or repurpose notes, scripts and assessments; • Work closely with SMEs (subject matter experts) throughout the project; • Ensure client sign-off across all project elements; • Perform comprehensive project evaluations both internally and externally to allow for any further improvement of the solution; • Running training workshops for SMEs, clients or tutors in whichever areas necessary (learning design, content development, interaction and management of the technology and the online learning platform); and • Conducting interviews for potential employees or tutors for specific online course presentations.
