Its was an virtual internship. During the internship period , I prepared the case note , case diary of the cases . I also drafted affidavit and also prepared the case analysis . I was also assigned to research the cases relating to various themes only the decision given by the Supreme court .
Internship
During the starting of the internship, secretary of DLSA made one month plan where he mainly wanted to make the concept clear under the civil matters , according to that the plan was made . It was a kind of exposure to all the civil matters side by side it helped me to understand the procedure of the civil cases . I also got the opportunity to interact with some of the best civil advocates as well as to interact with the magistrates and CJM . It was a great exposure .
Internship
Law firm was especially specialized under the taxation , electricity , civil and criminal matters . During the course of internship , the work was assigned to make case studies of the case records , drafting included affidavit , written statement and research work . During the entire period , my research work was highly appreciated . In the mean time , I also attended the matters saw the proceeding and examination process.
