How we work in VIRTUAL MODE? => Charge $8/hr. => A dedicated virtual resource is assign. We call this VE employee for specific client. => Billable is start only after requirement analysis phase done. => First 25 hrs are as trial period of assigned resource. => After 25 hrs of work, we required your feedback. If you are not satisfied with assigned resource no need to pay anything. => If you are ready to continue with us billable will start with first 25 hr and then on weekly basis. Note : This mode is quite flexible when you are uncertain about a requirement and there is need to change requirement number of times during development phase. How we work in FIXED MODE? => Estimation of work is done first. => Once both parties agree, resource is assign. => Payment is needed to be pay according to mail stone decided.
