The first thing I do when I accept the job offer is I do my best to get to know the needs of the client. We talk about the project A LOT, sharing ideas, providing examples. When we're 100% sure we're on the same page, then and only then do I start the hard work. I love to work in the atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.
