During my studies, I made friends with a number of international Masters and PhD students. While their English was extremely good, they weren't confident in their writing and wanted a native speaker to check their grammar, spelling and coherence of their arguments. I enjoy working with these students because I want to help them, but also it gives me the opportunity to learn about subjects that I didn't study at university!

I have been working as a freelance copywriter for over two years. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, I have also taken on work for businesses in a freelance capacity. I have a number of repeat clients that I have worked with for years. Working freelance with businesses enabled me to produce large amounts of high quality copy while keeping to a very strict deadline; at one point I was writing 72 800 word articles each week!

I worked as part of a small international company to help deliver quality content to our clients. The company worked with businesses from many different sectors; from podiatrists to telephony companies. In addition to writing web content and weekly blogs, I ran their social media accounts in order to reach optimum engagement from customers, and also helped to design the websites themselves.
