I have wasted 5 days with this provider. At first he asked me to pay his freelancer fees before even starting my project. Not milestone, but the fees he would incur as if that is my responsibility. That sent off a red flag. Then the provider wanted to change terms of my project breaking it into 2 parts and then after a couple days, he showed me 1/2 done work and yet demanded payment. Whether it was unforeseen code issues or not, what he said he would deliver, he did not and still demanded payment. He then requested more money to fix issues that he said would work. My experience with this provider has not been good and its just 5 wasted days at this point.
