We are looking for a logo for our company "linkyard".

Our company creates software to enable better cooperation between workers and between workers and computers (artificial intelligence) - it aims to have both do the work they're best at.

The core values are:
- designed for humans: support the workers and not enslave them into artificialy strict processes. Use their skills and don't view them as "numbers"
- evolutionary aproach: start small, don't change much in the beginning and let it grow from there on. We view digitalization as a seed that will slowly grow "digital crop" that make our customers better
- real time: all information and decisions are available instantly and the workers are actively notified if necessary
- partnership: honest, transparent and open communication with our customers

The logo should be plain - either just text (font/color) or text augmented with a unobtrusive graphical element. The company name (linkyard) is spelled in all lower case. It should not be too "technical", because even though we're an IT company our mental focus is on the humans.
We had ideas about using a plant/garden aspect in the logo, but this is not a must. Probably you have better ideas.
We do not have and do not want a tagline at the moment.

What we require:
- the logo with the full company name on white background. Format: vector graphic (illustrator, svg, ...)
- a variant of the logo with black background.
- a variant of the logo we can use for icons (i.e. in for favicons or as an app icon). Must have a "square" aspect ratio. Format: vector graphic
- design of the business card containing the logo.
- the name and style of the fonts used. The fonts must be available to license or be free
