Very easy. You should edit the picture attached in way to have:

- Substitute 1st and 4th folded head with a folded head of male child using and editing the file 2male2.jpg
- Substitute 2nd and 3rd folded head with a folded head of female child using and editing the file 2female2.jpg

The heads should be folded, so you have to add a blindfold on them.
