Hello,

We are looking for a great eye catching design that will hook potential landlord's to choose us as their estate agent to let their property.
This banner will appear on any search that landlords/tenants makes on the Rightmove website under the area term 'Victoria'. Please click this link as an example to see the banner available when people search 'Pimlico'. - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/search.html?searchLocation=pimlico&locationIdentifier=&useLocationIdentifier=false&rent=To+rent

Current banners on the website are to promote the company etc but we would like a clear and modern design to attract the landlords who are potentiall searching the site to see market values and need an expert to speak with.

I have attached the brief that was sent us by Rightmove so you have a better understanding, the product that we have is called 'Local Homepage'

Examples of stuff that maybe good maybe having a local animated map of Victoria and the local surroundings,

I ahve attached our logo.

I like the designs that were posted but I am looking for something modern. there was 3 posted which is more of what im looking for jassna, ileanastefanescu and the other by serkanselek. I wouldn't worry too much about the writing i will edit that later by self however it will say something along the lines of Actively renting in Victoria.
