We need a logo for a job site (http://www.jobs.com.pk) that we want to re-launch (after management changes). Logo must reflect on the jobs industry as well as used for branding/corporate identity unique to our website.

I am looking forward to some great ideas by our creative friends here on freelancer.com.

Once the design is chosen, I will also need the logo in different formats scalable for different media e.g videos, press, posters, merchandise, social media etc. I will also need few variations of the logo in terms of color e.g original logo, white (goes with dark background) and black (that goes with bright background), any other variations will also be welcomed.

Update 1: Please make it all lowercase letters (or keep J capital only if you have to). Also ignore the current design of the website. We will have a makeover later anyways.

Update 2: I want to keep the text simple (round preferred, bold or slightly bold), also it should be brandable. Just text with a tie or some clipart is not enough and will be rejected right away. I am glad to see some good designs that many can see while going through top rated designs on this contest.
