Referring to the attached picture, imagine the same butter knife is made by stamping a sheet of metal into a certain shape, then its handle is formed by cutting, folding and shaping the material in a certain way to make the handle both ergonomic and attractive. An example of how this can be done is provided but the design is plain, the squarish design is not very comfortable to hold and is not attractive. An award is given to the designer who has the best minimalist modern design that is easy to produce, ergonomic, and great looking. The above description is for a handle made by metal stamping and folding. Other traditional handles are acceptable but must meet the other criteria given.
