Im going to think taht is because for ignorance of the Contest holder, but I think I f you have a freelancer preferred to complete your task just post a personal project for this artist and you avoid that the rest of us waste our time investing efforts preparing an entry that you will not take in account to win. You must to have a minimun respect about the freelancers participating here.

  You got the idea! Maybe take out sign post, make high five letters match the 385 design and if you can make the faces both smiling like the left one and make faces match the other picture you made as much as you can
