I require a freelancer who can design an investment prospectus for potential investors. I have attached copies of the company logo so you may get an idea of the colour scheme.

I have also attached an example of a prospectus that I have found online from another company. Please DO NOT copy this example as it is only for reference. I am looking for an original idea.

Below is the details of the business.

We are launching a new business project which will require us to have funding in the way of sale of shares. We will be offering 1 million debenture shares priced at ZAR100per share.
The debenture share will be redeemable after 12 months with a profit of 24%

The company that people will be investing in is Brookestone Capital. We are an investment firm which trades a portfolio of CFD's and shares using a unique Artificial Intelligence software that has been designed in-house and has been tried and tested over the last 3 years.
The software has been able to consistently deliver 1% per week on our capital investment.

Investors will not be investing in the trading portion of the business but will only be buying a share at a fixed price of ZAR100 per share with a fixed profit return of 24% after 12 months.
