We are an Innovation Management Institute that needs a logo and a company profile.

We need:
- Logo
- Business card
- Powerpoint template
- Document template
- Broschure

The look we are looking for is serious (institute) which is working with research organizations on one side and at the same time high tech startup community and multi national companies on the other side. So we are looking for an integration of the two interfaces somehow.

The context we are operating within is to help companies set up an innovation structure to manage the continuous innovation that is needed to not become a victim for disruption in this fast paced changing world.

Our key value words are:
- Teamwork, collaboration, foreward-looking, new knowledge, innovation, digital, professional, adaptability.

DELIVERABLES:
1.) The freelance designer will provide logo in Adobe source code format. The source code .PSD file must be 100% editable (layered design) both the font and graphic. ***Do NOT use a clipart or photo of a logo. ***Do NOT use a linked, or rasterized image.
The layered logo must be able to be 100% edited fully in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. If you cannot provide this requested format please do not submit.

2.) Include output files: .JPG, .GIF, .PNG

3.) Include Multiple Size files: -the logo must look good (and be delivered) at multiple .jpg or .png
resolutions including:(400 x 400)(851 x 315)(300 x 300)(110 x 110)
