I'm seeking a talented designer to create a logo for Marion Township. The key to this project is crafting a visual identity that balances both a community-focused attitude and a modern progressive vision.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Expertise in graphic design and branding
- Excellent understanding of design aesthetics and balance
- Ability to interpret and translate desired feelings and ideas into design

Project Details:
- The name of the township to be incorporated into the logo is "Marion Township."
- The township located in Allen County in the state of Ohio.
- Creative design is your playground, as we are open to color suggestions.
- The logo needs to reflect our community-centric ideals, paired with modern and forward-thinking traits.
- The logo should be professional, visually appealing, and easily recognizable.
- The designer should have a strong understanding of symbolism and the ability to create a visually striking logo using literal representations.

Logo must be done in Illustrator, final selected logo must deliver full original AI editable files, along with all fonts used in the logo to be accepted. Without these things the final awarded entry will not be accepted.

If you have multiple versions of your logo please only make one submission with multiple shots/images, multiple submissions of the same logo in different variations WILL BE REJECTED!
