<Overview>
Please collect product information on vehicles or service information that have or will have the technologies described in the “Technology Description” section below.

<Technology Description>
This technology authenticates a user based on (i) a result of a comparison between registered biometric information acquired biometric information on the user and the acquired biometric information and (ii) a threshold for determination of success or failure in user authentication of the user.
This technology also sets the threshold such that a false acceptance rate for erroneously authenticating a person other than the user is lower than when the condition is not satisfied in response to a condition being satisfied that a number of successful authentications of the user exceeds a predetermined number.
