Redesign and reformat the attached document to make it visually attractive, very professional, and world-class.

TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. The new title for the first cover page should be,
"WTE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT."

2. The design of pages 2 to 40 should simply be to reformat the pages using the same black and white text. However, the newly reformatted pages should be visually attractive, very professional, and world-class. Do you need to redesign and reformat all of the 40 pages of the document in this contest? NO. You only need to reformat pages 2-7, 12, 13, 25, and 31 in black and white text for me to decide whose style I like better. If I like your style of reformatting the pages, I will award the contest for you to complete the remaining pages using the same format.

3. You must not miss out on any word or letter. If you make a mistake in missing out on a letter or word in the document, then, it will disqualify your work.

IGNORE THE COVER PAGE DESIGN AT THE BEGINNING.

Focus on reformatting the black and white pages from page 2. If your reformatted page style is good, I don't mind reusing the same front page cover there. However, it will be a bonus if you do a beautiful cover plus the inside page reformatting.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES.
You can submit only the image file here for me to see what you have done. If I like what I see and award the contest to you, then, you can complete the work and send the editable pdf file.

BONUS: The winner of this contest would be offered many other projects and later on full-time employment for 12 months. We pay very high salaries.
