Fasting Freak (fastingfreak.com & fastingfreaks.com) is a start-up fitness and nutrition coaching website with a focus on intermittent fasting (IF) for weight loss.

The logo will be used for the website, a weight loss and calorie tracking app currently in development, merchandise and apparel, and a community based website, which will actually be called Fasting Freaks.

I'm provided some design ideas based on clocks, in that IF is a time based nutrition regimen. The clocks represent the typical IF eating schedules, One Meal A Day (OMAD), 20:4, 18:6. 16:8, 14:10, and 12:12, and will likely be used on merchandise. The clocks are not necessary for the logo proper, and the colors are currently open to interpretation. I would like the final presentation to be nice, clean, bold, flat.

I'm ultimately looking for two pieces here, albeit virtually identical, with the only exception being one id plural, i.e., Fasting Freak (coaching, merchandise, and app), and Fasting Freaks (community).
