  I like this. I think the image needs to be split down the middle more.
  
  The clip art currently looks like individuals. Is there any way to make this look more like families?
  
  Can you please also include the hashtag #10yearchallenge somewhere? I think it would work well here.

  I'm not sure about the backgound people. I think it doesn't look very serious for such a serious topic.
