In my role as Senior Supervisor and Manager Assistant, I demonstrated strong leadership by overseeing new projects such as my recent challenge “Outbound/Treatment Department; which started with 7 agents and became one of our largest lines of business with 15 representatives. It was a great way to test my experience and knowledge; for this project I created an onboarding process, productivity benchmarks, and quality procedures from the beginning. Since we started the project it has been incredibly successful, allowing the entire campaign to grow as we met and fulfilled our clients' expectations and needs. I have experience in recruiting as we partner with recruiters to hire only qualified people for the various lines we operate; I am comfortable with interview processes and applicant tracking systems. Successfully led recruiting initiatives, implementing strategic sourcing techniques that resulted in a 20% increase in qualified candidates. In addition to recruiting, I was in charge of reducing absenteeism and desertion, my interest and objective was not only to hire new representatives but also to maintain the ones we had at that time. My hands-on project management experience, coupled with effective team collaboration, resulted in consistent delivery of projects ahead of schedule and on budget.
