J'ai plus de 2 ans d'expérience en matière de permis de construire en France que ce soit un déclaration préalable d'une maison individuelle (DPMI) ou autre ( DP), ou un permis de construire d'un maison individuel ( PCMI ) ou autre ( PC ), mais aussi dans l'étude de l'urbanisme d'un projet donné ( PLU, Zonage, PPR). Vous pouvez également voir des échantillons de mes réalisations en pièce jointe. Je vous propose une prestation de service qui consiste à : - Établir un document graphique pour la composition d'un dossier de permis de construire selon le CERFA ( plan de situation, plan de masse initiale et projetée, plan de coupe, plan de façade, plan de toiture, rendu 3D et insertion graphique et notice descriptive) et selon votre charte ou modèle de mise en page souhaité. - Choisir et compléter le bon CERFA pour le projet.
