I would like an auction website exactly like: [url removed, login to view] I need a professional with pass experiences on this sort of auction. You should know all essential functions of this project. I only accept bidder with previous works relating to this type of auction. Please don't bid if you don't have any pass experience. Please don't waste time! Below are some critical functions that i want to focus on, however u must advise me more if you have already developed same projects before because i don't know how back end of [url removed, login to view] look like and which functions they have. SO i need your brilliant ideas so we can complete this project asap and i will need you in future as well to develop my website further. So this is long term relationships after this project is done. SO please be responsible and I only choose the one with excellent background.
There are details requirements below:
1. Payment method: Cash (we can come to collect cash or client can come to pay at our office)
Post paid credit: invoice will be issued weekly or monthly
2. Three level of admin: make it selectable for each level to access certain functions or area of the website.
3. Able to send notification or news to selected members
4. Accounting functions
5. Member management and admin members management
6. Stock management (create, edit, delete stocks)
7. Able to edit html pages and language pages via admin panel
8. Make it hacker safe and code all pages. Security is very important issue. Please focus on this.
9. Certain admin level can give free credit to members (new, current members). This requires multiple logins of admins of the certain level.
10. Security measurement: One account per household, how many times of two (three or four..) of the same members bid on the same item. This is very important, please advise me if you have more great ideas to prevent cheaters
11. Set how many item per member can win per month
12. SEO friendly: edit meta, keywords in admin areas
