Classified Ads Website

I currently have a Classified Ads website that offers free postings for Autos, real estate, Misc Items, jobs, & personals, with the users being able to add up to 4 pictures for Misc Items & Personals, and up to 8 pictures for Autos & Real Estate. All pictures also have a thumbnail created when uploaded.

I am needing the website to be re-done, with better website graphics, etc. Currently, users can contact members that have submitted a classified ad through a form on my website that will then send an email to the ad member. I am also wanting to incorporate and instant messenger where users can talk to other members of the website if they have questions about an Auto Ad, personal ad..etc that a member has submitted. The instant messenger WOULD NOT be a chat room, I need an INSTANT MESSENGER. The instant messenger would have the look and feel of messengers such as AIM, Yahoo, MSN..etc. Not looking for an instant messenger that takes up the whole screen, need it to look like the messengers I mentioned above. Also, would need the instant messenger to be able to store messeges that were sent to offline members, but I do not want to store messages that are sent to members that are currently online. Would also need the instant messenger to have a friends list, block users, file transfer...etc.

Also would need an Admin section for deleting Ads, Members, etc.

Would need this website designed in ASP, MS SQL, and Javascript where needed.

I would need to be able to work with the choosen freelancer so that my current database fields are incorporated and also the website design is what im needing.

Please only bid if you are within the budget.

Also, the Instant Messenger feature should require NO download or Installation. Needs to be web based.

Once a programmer has been selected, payments will only be made after previewing demo and approving work.
