asp file / [login to view URL] SEO related change

I need someone to edit the main homepage so my title page reads: The main homepage is [url removed, login to view], but most of the files are asp. I'm am not familiar with editing asp files and for some reason, when i upload the files, i do not see the change? Can someone make this change for me?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
