I need a PSD file converted into HTML/CSS so it can be used as my website's homepage. There is also an area that I will need created in Flash or a similar technology so that images and quotes are scrolling through continuously. I need a PSD file converted into HTML/CSS so it can be used as my website's homepage. There is also an area that I will need created in Flash (or a similar technology) so that images and quotes are scrolling through continuously. The file can be viewed here:?

What needs to be done:
1. Everything should be converted so it works in all browsers with no scrolling at 1024 screen resolution (probably 1000px fixed width), but the background area will fill the rest of the screen for larger resolutions
2. This should be created to load as fast as possible with correct coding guidelines
Flash Area:
1. The area below Join The IMLeagues Family! will need to be a flash area. The quotes on the left should fade in and fade out and we will need to be able to add quotes to this area and change the quotes, who said it, and what school they are from. Also, we'd like to add a small image near the person's name and school to put in a school logo, so we will need to be able to add school logos to each quote as well. Clicking the quote will take you to the testimonials page.
2. The list of school logos to the right of the quotes will also be flash and will continuously scroll displaying school logos. This area should scroll faster than the quotes (so they should be at different speeds). Also, we should be able to control the speed of both so we can get it exactly how we want it. We will need to be able to add school logos to this area - we currently have about 85 but this should be able to increase to at least 300 and should be easy for us to add images to. Also, you should be able to click and pull the school logos left and right, and clicking on a logo will take you to that school's page.
Small changes:
We don't like the Free, No Charges, Unrivaled support bar, we'd like it thinner and to look more like the one on our current home page.
We'd like to add an imleagues logo to the left of Join The IMLeagues Family and another logo to the right of it (we will provide the logo).
Also, the Schools, FAQ, Testimonials, and Tour links will be displayed with the same top bar and bottom bar, they won't be created with this project (although it's possible we will re-hire the winner to work on those pages as well), but that is something to keep in mind that it should be easy to use the top and bottom bars for those pages.
