ASP address lookup script

I have a script that has some errors on it. The script grabs information from a MicrosoftSQL server and s returning some errors. This script is fairly simple. It should take the street address from a user then search the database for that address in a range then return 2 pieces of information. In some cases it is returning mutiple pieces (probably looping improperly). And in other cases I get a a VBScript runtime error (array error).

There is some error checking that needs to happen as well... I would like you to add some error checking in the sense of entering in the proper type of address. If they enter "SOME ST" I want it to error and say "Please enter a street number"
