Configuring ssh reverse tunneling on Android 5.0 installed on the Nexus 10

I'm connected to the campus of my university and I know for sure that there is a firewall that blocks a lot of ports and the server does not support the IP forwarding and for this reason I can't give the access of my android 5 / nexus 10 tablet to anyone using SSH or VNC or something else. Only Teamviewer works, but I can't use it because I have a slow connection in upload mode. So,I would like to know how can I give the access of my computer to someone using some tecnique like the reverse SSH tunelling or something else. I don't know how it works. I read that this is the command to give :

ssh -Ntg -R *:8000:localhost:80 user [url removed, login to view]

but I don't know what's the user server.domain.

just to be clear : I'm able to connect to the ssh server with the internal IP number but it does not work with my public IP number.

This is the way I use to connect to internet every day :

curl -s -d auth_user=login@stud -d auth_pass=pass -d redirurl=/ -d accept=GO [url removed, login to view]

thanks.
