I would like to have a Computer Knowledge Base built where I am able to search the knowledge base to find simple fixes for issues we have at our Helpdesk. I should be able modify, update, and add to this database very easily. I don't know how we would run this, I assume by HTML? If not, could this be something that is ran on each persons machine? I don't know, but need help. I don't care to much for how it looks, I care for the function of the Knowledge Base. We use Remedy Action Request Center for our Helpdesk Software. So if the knowledge base could work with Remedy great, if not, let me know.
