Design a Flyer

I want it in a paper like 10 x 20 cm or max. half an A4 page.

The idea is to print the flyers and put them in the inboxes in my buiding, the library in Surry Hills, the library in Waterloo and a couple of universities.

I would like something simple and concrete but with a bit of design, not necessarily pictures, but maybe drawing
