Add functionality to existing C program

I have an existing code in C which is functional and has no bugs. I would like to:

1) Add 1 or 2 small features to it which will not need too much of effort.

2) If the developer is capable, re-write the code into a dynamic library.

I'm tied up with other project and hence need someone to help me complete this. Though the level of work involved may not be too high, I expect only programmers with at least 5+ years of experience with C will actually be able to understand the concepts related to this project. I will have quite a few questions for whoever is interested, and hence, please only bid if you genuinely have good C programming experience.
