Add additional table rows & columns to my C# - ASP file

Hello coders I have attached a zip file to this project which contains
1) Visual C File
2) ASP File
3) Screenshot
I currently have a database that runs sql server stored locally on my pc. I am able to open my browser and via localhost run some queries and pull things out of the database via my generate template page. If you open up the screen shot you will see what I am talking about.
If I need to export something into an excel file I select the columns I wanted pulled from the database hit submit and the file downloads. Well over the years as the database has expanded and more columns have been added the 4 columns (ignore 5th where it says load/delete) have become crowded and I want to do a little clean up.
So the job is this, right now there is 1 row with 4 columns showing 20 select-able things to download from my database. I want to change that to 3 rows of 4 columns where maybe they only show 8 without scrolling so that way the page doesn't get much longer.
If you look you will see asp:ListBox ID="lsbGeneralCol" in the table and all those columns end up in string[] gameGeneralCols = new string[] in the other generate template file. I think if you guys look at that it should help you out as well.
I think this is a fairly easy thing to do for someone that understands what I have going on here its just hard to explain. If you still dont understand feel free to ask questions and I can try and explain more.
