It's URGENT! It's a very simple project for .Net and c# programmers. I also have a project started (but not finish) that i can give to have an idea of how it should be. First the server/s should run its application and listen on a port (1900), then the client runs its application and connect to the ip address of the server it chooses. The other details are described in the attached file.
