African Lyrics Website

I need to create a website that I will be able to post lyrics from different artists and people will be able to view them. This website should also enable one to click a segment of the lyrics to get an explanation. The website should also have a log in interface where one can sign up for the website with the ability to post lyrics to any song and leave comments. The website should require a link to the song for the lyrics the person wants to upload that can be streamed from the website. It should also have a blogging section where we will discuss different issues in African music. It should have a search bar where the user can find songs within the website. It should also have a map of Africa highlighting the regions to where there are artists in the website already. It should go with a Facebook and twitter buttons. I should have full control of the website and code with the [url removed, login to view] .
