Convert layered psd file to mailchimp template

I have a layered psd file which I need converted [url removed, login to view] template, this needs to be responsive to looks good on tablet and smartphone.
I need to ensure that the newsletter runs well and checked on the following email platforms

You must work in your own Mailchimp account (free to register) and then provide the file/code so that it can be imported or copied into our Mailchimp account.
