Convert our current fixed, 3 column 1-2-3 CSS template into fixed width SEO 2-1-3 template.

We are looking for an already highly proficient CSS writer to convert our current website 3 column 1-2-3 CSS stylesheet templates into fixed width, SEO friendly 2-1-3 column ordering - whilst maintaining compatibility in major browsers. Any solution provided will be testing via <[url removed, login to view]> to ensure compatibility with the major browsers. Our website is written in Classic ASP, HTML and also utilises JavaScript and JQuery.

Our website currently fixed width, 1-2-3 column ordering. Needs our current CSS converting to allow fixed width, SEO friendly 2-1-3 column ordering.

Your solution must have no CSS hacks,be SEO friendly, have no Images or JavaScript - be Cross-browser & windows/Android/iPhone/ipad compatible. I have found suggestions on how to do this, but I do not have the necessary skills to do the conversion myself. e.g.

Please note, our homepage on <[url removed, login to view]> is a unique, single styled page.

Your new ccs stylesheet should have the same id's/classes as our current stylesheet to save me having to re-code my asp classic aps pages).
