Clone website & add our paypal

I need [url removed, login to view] cloned and installed on my hosting account with the paypal added to each product. I used a older clone program and downloaded all 168 pages and all of the pictures. For some reason when click the links they dont direct me to the pages correctly. i am assuming since the prog is older It didn't route anything correctly. So if you are using a newer program or have a better solution I am looking to hire you for this job. Please have experience. Thanks
